June 2026 BOM from Patchwork Posse

This month we’re sewing the basket quilt block for Starlit Meadow.

There are 4 blocks to sew, and they will become the corner blocks in the quilt. I love when a block has a specific “home” in the layout — it makes the quilt start to feel like it’s really coming together.

This block is easy to sew, but it has such a sweet look when it’s finished. The basket section is made with simple piecing, and the little floral corner gives it that extra bit of charm.

Bee & Bud Pillow from Patchwork Posse

Bee Pillow Pattern – Fresh, Fun & Perfect for Spring

If you’re ready for something light, cheerful, and a little different—this project is going to be a fun one.

This Bee Pillow is a sweet mix of techniques, combining a paper pieced bee, simple patchwork blocks, and a touch of fusible applique for the leaves.

It’s one of those projects that looks detailed but comes together in a really manageable way. The finished pillow measures 18″, making it just right for a chair, bench, or adding a little seasonal touch to your space.

A quilted pillow with a bees and honeycomb pattern in yellow, black, and white fabrics, accented with green leaves, resting on a weathered wooden surface.

What Makes This Bee Pillow So ...

March 2026 Starlit Meadow BOM – 4 Blocks This Month

March is a good one.

No curves. No tricky piecing. Just clean lines, straight seams, and a block that comes together in a way that feels steady and satisfying.

This month you’ll be sewing four blocks.

That’s enough to see progress, but not so much that it takes over your sewing time.

A quilt block for the March 2026 BOM featuring a central pinwheel in orange floral fabric, surrounded by white fabric, a pink border, and red floral corner squares, all highlighted with detailed quilted swirl stitching.

Can’t wait to see your Starlit Meadow sparkle!

A Closer Look at the March Block

This block is built around simple half-square triangles in the center, surrounded by a bold frame. The layout gives it a ...

Dresden Plates Table Runner & Mug Rug – a Pattern Set from Patchwork Posse

The February Make & Take Monthly pattern is ready, and it’s a fun one—a Dresden Plate table runner with a matching mug rug.

This set is perfect if you want a quick, satisfying project that uses scraps, adds a pop of color, and doesn’t turn into a long-term commitment. The Dresden plates look impressive but are very doable, even if you’ve never made one before.

A colorful quilted table runner with vibrant Dresden Plates and a small quilted piece featuring a house and floral design lie on a wooden floor—perfect inspiration for your next Pattern Set or How To project.

Inside the February project, you’ll get:

February 2026 BOM from Patchwork Posse

We’re starting the Starlit Meadow Block of the Month with one of my favorite classic designs — the Double Star block. It’s bold, balanced, and the perfect way to kick things off.

Each block finishes at 12 ½” x 12 ½” (unfinished), and this month you’ll be sewing four of them.

A close-up of a quilt featuring a star pattern with orange, pink, and white polka dot fabrics in the center, surrounded by navy floral and white background fabrics. Stitching details are visible throughout the quilt.

This block uses the 4-at-a-time flying geese method, which means it comes together quickly once you get into the rhythm. It’s a great chance to get comfortable with accurate trimming and pressing so all those star points meet up just right.

In the video for this month, I ...

Make & Take Monthly – Iron Caddy Pattern from Patchwork Posse

This next Make & Take Monthly project is one I’m really excited to share with you. It’s been in the works and sideline for around 10 years. Just kind of sitting there…waiting it’s turn. Well, this is the month it gets out there to YOU!

The Iron Caddy is practical, travel-ready, and one of those things you don’t realize you need until you have it—and then you use it all the time. It’s designed specifically for quilters who take their irons on the go, whether that’s to retreats, classes, or sew days with ...
